Details
From the Baroque collection designed in March 1987, the Baroque Tiara was used for fashion designer Antony Price's couture collection in March 1988. The Victoria & Albert Museum in London holds one of the crowns in its permanent collection, cementing its place in design history. The crown is handmade using antiqued silver featuring a crimson oval of patinated copper at its centre. Three main points soar from the front of the tiara with nine spiral twists interspersed between them. Engraved curved motifs decorate the surface which is purposely rough in finish.
